Regina (Gina) Anderson-Ford brings over 30 years of executive management with associations supporting local governments in the U.S. and internationally to the Fleur de Lis, LLC Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Development Advisory Services. Business travels abroad and in 40 U.S. states has provided Gina with vast knowledge and appreciation of communities and their needs.

Gina is a consummate professional who oversaw and formed strong relationships with local government, federal government and private sector executives, international affiliates and corporate partners.  Before joining Fleur De Lis, LLC as a licensed Maryland realtor, Gina served Executive Directors, Executive Boards and Board Partners for the leading association of professional city/county managers and local government employees.  

Another attribute Gina has is her ability to creatively plan conferences and events with environments that are conducive to learn, plan, thrive and develop synergy amongst the attendees. Recruiting, facilitation, marketing, organizational management and enthusiastic customer service have also been pillars of Gina’s career.  

A heart for others and wanting to make a positive difference has led Gina to organize numerous service projects at national conferences, board meetings, churches around the globe and locally.  A resident of Prince Georges County, Gina was raised in Prince Georges County and Montgomery County, Maryland. Gina graduated from Potomac High School and attended University of Maryland and raised her family in Prince Georges County.  Gina also served as a Co-Chair on the building fund for her church, as well as serving as the Stewardship Leader, and a member of the Women’s Committee.
